Suffering a bereavement is a very common experience and grief can lead to feeling lost, helpless and alone. On the third Thursday morning of each month between 10 am and noon, we have a coffee morning open to anyone who has been bereaved or wants to supports those who have. It's not counselling or group therapy, but if you feel you could do with the company of others who understand or have been where you are; whether you want to talk or just listen; whether it's a good day or a bad one - you're welcome to join us either way. The group meets in a downstairs room, accessed by the middle door at the side of the building.
